God is within us all. *(1)  God’s energy known as Light or Spirit, and God’s consciousness known as Joy, create the vital-force Life source called our Ultimate Reality.  All souls are individualized Spirit and as such came into being through our Ultimate Reality’s infinitely sharing joyful Spirit.  Joy’s Spirit shares itself to be eternal, for Joy cannot sustain itself unless it’s shared, and in its sharing it becomes Love.  Joy shared is Love. *(2)  God is Love. *(3)  To know this is to know the Peace of God.  To not know this is not because God plays favorites, on the contrary Love could not be Love if it put conditions on sharing its Joy. 

In order for God, our Ultimate Reality, to unconditionally share its Joy, it channels itself into three aspects which, together, create a sharing place called our Ultimate Heaven.  Our Ultimate Heaven is where un-manifest God, our Ultimate Reality, becomes manifest Life.  To accomplish this, God’s Light first extends as positive/giving male-yang-energy (Father God), then implodes back as negative/receiving female-yin-energy (Mother Goddess) to create a Light Vessel where it can push-back between the positive giving energy and the negative receiving energy to become the resistance energy (Child-God) which shatters the Light Vessel in order for Life to birth. The shattering of a Light Vessel is known as Creation to some and the Big Bang to others. *(4)  Creation/Big-Bang, resulting from our ONE God channeling itself into three aspects (Father, Mother and Child), creates our Ultimate Heaven – the birth place of manifest Life.  God’s Joy-Spirit shares itself unconditionally with all Life.  No Life can exist without this vital-force Life source called our Ultimate Reality, or without the manifest Life birth place called our Ultimate Heaven. *(5) 

Each soul created in the forming of a Light Vessel is an extension of Child-God.  Child-God souls’ highest ideal is to become like our Father God and our Mother Goddess, the unconditionally giving and the unconditionally receiving aspects of God, through divine union with others.  Divine union begins when one soul shares joyful attributes unconditionally with another soul.  For example, when we say “I adore you” not because we are fishing to hear the words returned, but because we genuinely cherish another and are grateful and happy to feel such tender joy regardless of whether or not we are adored in return.  However, if someone wanted to adore us in return, a necessary ingredient to divine union is the gift of receiving unconditionally as well.  For instance, if someone says “wow, you are really intelligent” or “your hair looks great today” – divine union cannot occur if the recipient’s intent is to put conditions on receiving like “I think you are just being kind but thank you anyway.”  Rather divine union is achievable when someone unconditionally receives the compliment, expressing something like, “It feels wonderful and happy to receive your compliment.  Thank you so much!”  For this reason, though unconditional giving is imperative for Joy to sustain itself, unconditional receiving must also be present for the sharing of Love to be able to help spiritually mature Child-God souls into incarnations of Father God or Mother Goddess aspects of our ONE God (our Ultimate Reality).

When we Child-God souls choose of our own resistance consciousness and energy, known as free-will, to give and receive joyful attributes unconditionally, we embody our souls’ highest ideal – Love. *(6)  Love does not play favorites.  Love blesses all Life unconditionally with the power of its infinitely extending and receiving, sharing, vital-force energy.  We Child-God souls choose often, as most children will, to learn about Life and Love in our own way and in our own time.  Like a son subconsciously sabotaging the inheritance of his father’s business until he proves his worthiness to himself and/or others.  We as Child-God incarnate in our individualized Spirit (soul) adolescent experiences want to become Love, to become incarnations of God, not from inheritance but from earning our way, making our own decisions, and living rightly or wrongly in the reality of our individual choices.

Let’s consider, for example, a nice girl from a good home with kind and loving parents who is led astray by her teenage sweetheart.  The nice girl’s parents have no idea what their daughter sees in her boyfriend.  He has average looks, a terrible attitude, is a combative and defensive troublemaker wherever he goes, and is anything but romantic.  Her desire to be with him makes no sense.  Ah – but that is precisely why she is attracted to him.  The nice girl is rebelling against the rational, sensible, good life her family has given her.  Wanting to break-away in order to feel autonomous and challenged by adventure, she subconsciously attracts someone who will help her destroy her comfort zone, and launch her head first into opportunities to learn from and conquer the drama of her stubborn choice to learn about Life, to learn about Love, by first pushing Love away in order to create it in her own way and in her own time.

This nice girl’s parents cannot make her believe or accept the peaceful truth that she does not have to destroy the good and loving lifestyle her parents have afforded her in order to gain autonomy, adventure and personal success at Life fulfillment (creation of Love).  Similarly, God cannot demand our free-will souls to unconditionally receive our divine inheritance of shared Joy known as Love.  Nevertheless, God can and does provide limitless lifetimes for our Child-God souls to mature into the unconditional givers and receivers of Love we all eventually, innately, choose to become. *(7) Each of us, given enough lifetimes, will eventually tire of the “learning from drama and mistakes” lifestyle we create when we do not allow our divine inheritance of unconditional Love to partner in the adventures and personal Life fulfillment we, as free-will incarnate, naturally desire.

Until we are willing to unconditionally give and receive our divine inheritance of Love, we adolescent free-will souls are our own worst enemy.  We falsely limit our otherwise limitless, co-creators of heavenly worlds potential through our demand on ourselves and our fellow-man to earn Love.  Our adolescent souls then live with a subconscious fear of the judgment-of-earning, the judgment-of-worthiness, our universal group-consciousness creates.  Fear of ourselves for having willfully separated from unconditional Joy and Love, fear of the judgment-of-worthiness which resulted, fear of not succeeding at becoming an incarnation of God and creating a heavenly Life, fear of the failure of others holding us back, and all the fear-based side-effects like self-doubt, despair, anger, judgment, jealousy, stress, anxiety, shame, guilt, suspicion, mistrust, greed, loathing, viciousness, etc., create an intense-separation-experience from the unconditional Joy and Love, the Godliness, our free-will souls attempted to disinherit. *(8)

Unfortunately for those of us wanting to awaken Heaven not only in our own hearts and minds, but craving to heal our world at large, we, like God, cannot demand our fellow-man realize, accept and embody the spiritual truth that no soul, regardless of having made even terrible or cruel mistakes, needs to earn Love.  This does not mean destructive mistakes can suddenly go without consequence in our world. Though it does mean the group-consciousness of our planet can, and given enough Godly patience eventually will, spiritually mature to a place where our free-will souls can witness drama and mistakes, and whatever our physical action be, have in our hearts the intent of an unconditional Love-based response to be our guide back to the Heaven – back to the Godliness – within us all.

Our Ultimate Heaven is our spiritual home.  Our home calls to us in our hearts, the sanctuary of our Spirits.  Although we experience our home - our Heaven - calling to us in our hearts, spiritually speaking, our souls never left.  We free-will souls never left our home because the infinitely extending and receiving Spirit of unconditionally shared Joy can never be anything but joined in the oneness of its ONE Love.  Since our Spirits, our Godliness, cannot leave our home, we cannot spiritually separate from God to come to Godliness on our own.  However, our free-will souls can imagine, with the power of our limitless creative consciousness, anything we wish.  If we wish a separation experience, while it cannot separate us from our home in Spirit, it can play out in an adventure in consciousness known as our Universal Cosmic Dream. *(9)

Within our guidebook we will explore universal truths, teachings and tools for empowering our thoughts and energy within our Universal Cosmic Dream.  Still, for our empowering-consciousness teachings and tools to be effective, we must first understand in this chapter how we create our own reality within our cosmic dream, and why taking responsibility for our thoughts and energy is crucial to awakening Godliness and co-creating Heaven on Earth.  This said, we begin our cosmic dream awareness foundation through beginning to introduce the 12 levels to our free-will soul experience.  Our next chapter offers further detail on our souls’ 12 levels, though a quick overview is also helpful for understanding our Universal Cosmic Dream concept: 

The 12^th Level, or highest consciousness and energy of our souls, is our infinite Ultimate Reality and is formless un-manifest Joy known as God.  The 11^th Level is God’s channeling of Joy experience between our Ultimate Reality and our Ultimate Heaven; it is the Light Vessel, Creation/Big-Bang phenomenon detailed in our first chapter.  Through this 11^th Level sharing phenomenon, Joy is extended and received, to then extend again, becoming the Love which allows our Ultimate Reality and Ultimate Heaven to extend eternal Life infinitely.  The 10^th Level is our Ultimate Heaven - the space of balance between unconditionally giving and unconditionally receiving Joy - where manifest God as Father-God, Mother-Goddess, and Child-God extend into incarnated souls who are all joined as ONE Love in the oneness of shared Joy Spirit. 

Since the Spirit of ONE Love is forever unified, all of our soul experiences are forever unified as well.  This means everything Child-God free-will souls go through in our many incarnations to become like our Father and our Mother in our own way and in our own time, is all folded into ONE dimension in our Ultimate Heaven.  Within our Ultimate Heaven and through the sharing experience which unites our Ultimate Reality with our Ultimate Heaven, past, present and future are joined as ONE. *(10)  Anything a soul co-creates in its past, present or future space/time dimensions which involve the unconditional sharing of Joy (Love), lives infinitely in the consciousness and energy of our Ultimate Reality.  Anything a soul co-creates in its past, present or future space/time dimensions which does not unconditionally share Joy (Love) cannot sustain in Joy’s Ultimate Reality; therefore disappears like dream worlds which only existed in the mind of the dreamer, upon waking being barely remembered, then eventually not remembered at all.

Every Child-God soul has already journeyed, by the power of our own free-will, into a 3^rd dimension altered state of reality of almost total separation from the sharing experience of God’s ONE Love, and has, through personal choice to give Love unconditionally and receive Love unconditionally, begun to awaken Godliness, co-creating ever higher lifetime experiences in the more heavenly 4^th thru 9^th dimensions, to end up full circle, right back in our Ultimate Heavenly Worlds.[1]  From the perspective of our 12^th, 11^th, and 10^th level soul experiences, where past, present and future are ONE, the full circle has already been made by all of our souls.  Each of us has already spiritually matured to become an incarnation of Father-God or Mother-Goddess.  Each of us has also already reunited with the feminine or masculine aspect of our twin-soul which separated from us when we first chose a separation experience from our Ultimate Heaven.

Until twin-souls choose a separation experience, they exist with both feminine and masculine energy and consciousness as ONE Light Vessel we think of as Angels.  Angels are un-separated souls, whether un-separated free-will souls who have yet to enter the Universal Cosmic Dream, or full circle free-will souls who have reunited with their twin in our Ultimate Heaven.  Each full circle, our twin-soul reunification, has already resulted in the creation of another Light Vessel, and therefore another Child-God-extended free-will soul (Angel of Light) is born.  The Light Vessels (Angels), once maturing into an adolescent phase, unite with other adolescent souls, and their combined group consciousness shatters their combined Light Vessel, resulting in another Creation/Big Bang phenomena.  So cycles the infinite Child-God, free-will souls maturing process, which results in the infinite co-creation of heavenly worlds united in our ONE Ultimate Heaven. *(11)  

Eventually all Child-God-incarnated souls choose a separation experience from our Ultimate Heaven, for we are free-will incarnate, and so we eventually spiritually mature to an adolescent phase in which we desire to embody Godliness, not from inheritance, but through independent free-will choice.  Within our Ultimate Heaven, however, the separation experience never actually happened, for separation within our Spirit of ONE Love is impossible.  Spiritually then we never separated from our twin-soul (our masculine or feminine other half), and we never left our home.  As presented earlier, it is our consciousness which left – like entering into a dream.  All dimensions outside of our Home are known as the Universal Cosmic Dream for they materialize the illusion of varying degrees of separation (ego-consciousness) from our twin-soul, and from our unity with all things within our Ultimate Reality and our Ultimate Heaven’s Spirit of ONE Love.

Within our Ultimate Reality, our Ultimate Heaven, and our Universal Cosmic Dream, energy follows thought. *(12)  Demonstrations of this are the dream experiences we have while we sleep at night.   An example could be beautiful thoughts while sleeping creating an amazing adventure where we swim in a warm and sparkling sea with playful orca whales coaxing us to climb aboard.  Tingling, thrilling crystal-light ocean spray delights our senses as we ride atop our gentle giants, sailing across a sun drenched horizon.  On the other hand, maybe our subconscious fear-based thoughts manifest quite the opposite sleep exploration.  This time, perhaps, we are mysteriously prisoner to an onslaught of torrential, salty horror as murky monster-waves pummel us through agony and despair amidst a hopeless, frozen sea of suffering.  In both dreams, upon Awakening, we reflect back either giddy or sickly over our illusory sleep-world.  The water felt so real, was so real!  The look, the touch, even the temperature – its physicality, felt so real!  Though once awakened, no water, no ocean, no whales, no monster-waves, nothing is left except memories of our astonishingly lucid dream worlds.  

In exactly the same way our every day lives are adventures in consciousness – adventures which, from the perspective of our Ultimate Heaven’s Eternal Life, are but dreams.  Yes, the dreams seem so real while we are having them, though once we awaken to our unity with all things in Joy’s Spirit of ONE Love, we realize in astonishment our world of separation is in fact merely a dream we free-will souls control with the power of our group-consciousness.

Even though it is merely an adventure in consciousness as far as our Ultimate Heavenly Home is concerned, our 3^rd dimension altered sense of reality from our cosmic dreamer perspective seems very real.  As a result, our subconscious thought-system of fear created from our adolescent-soul desire for Love to have to be earned seems very real as well. 

As our free-will minds begin to heal from the demand we put on ourselves to earn Love, unconditionally giving and receiving Joy becomes easier, our thoughts resonating with our true Godliness more and more.  We then hold the same higher-consciousness frequency of other souls who are like minded, and our group consciousness folds into higher-consciousness frequency and energy vibrations (higher dimensions).  As the consciousness of our souls fold into the 4^th – 9^th dimensions, space and time draw nearer to our Ultimate Heavenly highest-dimension.  In time, all dimensions fold into ONE, then time becomes obsolete as past, present and future join as ONE.  The closer a group consciousness resonates with our highest-dimension, the less intense the separation experience from our Godliness, and so the more heavenly dimension the group consciousness and energy co-creates.

A soul need not wait, however, for the entire group consciousness of his or her planet to live a heavenly experience.  Take for example our 3^rd dimension Earth.  As a group consciousness we live with intense fear and therefore experience intense separation from our Ultimate Heaven. Though still, as an individual consciousness (soul), nothing holds us back from awakening our Godliness except our own fears.  Each time we release our fears, welcome Joy, and become Love incarnate through the sharing of our Joy, we literally bring Heaven to Earth.

To awaken Heaven in our world, our first step is facing our fears and then consciously releasing them and their side-effects, for we cannot consistently experience Joy unless we consistently heal the fear thoughts which block our awareness of Joy’s Spirit within the heart of every soul.  Fear thoughts are the root of all evil, not self doubt nor anger nor judgment nor hatred nor greed nor jealousy nor cruelty nor any other lack-of-love side effects to fear.  All chaos, all terror, all unhappiness and anxiety and lack-of-love have the same root – fear – and the same seed – an adolescent soul desire to earn Love.  Our demand on ourselves to earn Love consciously wills a separation experience from God in order to achieve Godliness by our own merit, thereby creating subconscious fear of ourselves and other free-will souls who have also willfully separated from unconditional Joy and Love.

To help us better understand how we can begin to heal our separation experience by consciously directing our thoughts away from fear and towards the Light of heavenly Joy and Love, let us imagine ourselves as a young child sitting in the sun on a clear day.  There is soft dusty earth beneath us, blue open sky above us, and a cool delicate breeze surrounding us.  Peaceful and happy with eyes wide open we feel safe and secure as we soak in the sun’s warm rays.  Suddenly in the distant horizon charcoal-grey clouds are gathering.  Rolling in with amazing speed, a powerful wind kicks up as darkness blankets the air.  The whole experience frightens us for we now feel completely disconnected from the warmth and security we felt just moments ago. 

Darkness and cold wind lasts for countless days – lingering so long in fact we begin to doubt the sun and its warm light will ever return.  After many months of this intense-separation-experience from the sun, we feel hopelessly disconnected from our peaceful experience of sitting in the sun on a clear day.  Hopeless feelings fueled by fear begin to manifest as illness in our minds and our bodies.  Our hopelessness grows until it becomes too painful to remember our joy, so we suppress it almost completely.  Insecure and not only doubting but suppressing the truth of a warm and inviting sun, our fear has blocked our conscious connection with the light-filled reality of happier days. Acting out angrily at times, sullenly at other times, our subconscious fear turns to self-doubt, self-doubt turns to anger and despair and sickness and many other subconscious-ego ills which fortify a lack-of-love fortress of fear.

To release our fear, connect to Joy, and heal our sick minds and bodies, certainty is needed:  certainty despite the dark sky the sun still exists; certainty nothing, not even shadowy clouds and cold wind, can take away our happiness unless we allow it; certainty light will shine again; and, most especially, certainty the sun shines on regardless of cloud cover.  With this in mind, this time we visualize ourselves as a hopeful young child in a charcoal-grey clouded world choosing to remember our day in the sun continually, despite the shadowed cold wind, and despite the adversary of fear.  Day after day, continually throughout the day, our child-self chooses to remember what our day in the sun felt like.  In our child-self imagination we bring all of its splendor racing back to warm our hearts and lighten our mood. 

This time our child-self not only chooses to continually connect with this happier reality consciously, our child-self repeatedly experiences the physiological sensation of a warm and peaceful connection to the suns rays as well.  The more our child-self experiences our connection with the light of the sun by willing conscious awareness, the less intense our separation experience from the comforting and secure reality of the sun.  In this less intense separation experience, our child-self’s fearful mindset and energy heals more and more until one day, despite a dark world, our child-self is no longer afraid, and like a lighthouse beacon of hope, our fearless consciousness and energy leads by example, radiating Joy and elevating the mood of all things around us.

Simplified, fear-based thoughts attract fearful experiences:  an ancient family has settled near an orchard of fruit trees – a second family migrates and settles in on the other side of the orchard – family A is suspicious and anxious due to fear of family B invading the orchard, taking fruit which they have not earned because they have not long-time cared for the land like family A – family B feels the hostility stemming from family A’s fear, and are now fearful and increasingly hostile themselves.  Conversely, unconditionally sharing thoughts attract joyful experiences:  family A is grateful for the abundance of fruit in the orchard and shows joyful enthusiasm at the opportunity to share their good fortune with their new neighbors – they welcome family B with open arms, living happily and peacefully within a community of shared-interest-consciousness, quickly becoming the best of friends.

Most of us on our Earth do not consistently, unconditionally, foster shared-interest-consciousness beyond our own friends and family, and most of us seldom choose honest awareness of how our thoughts affect our lives and impact our world.  Instead most of us complicate our lives by moving back and forth often between fear-based subconscious ego-ill thoughts which reinforce conditional-sharing and unhappiness, and kind and unconditionally Loving higher-consciousness thoughts which share Joy in and around us.  Let’s take, for instance, a common fender bender - and so on a hypothetical day all was going along fine, all was happy and easygoing, then suddenly we got rear-ended at a stop sign to no seeming fault of our own.  Many of us think of ourselves in this type of situation as an innocent victim to someone else’s random carelessness, rather then examining how our own fear-based thoughts, emotions and actions the day or week or weeks before may have caused us to resonate with the fear-based ego-ill thoughts of others, attracting our ill-fated energies, and ruining what had started out as a good day.

Point is, as presented earlier, energy follows thought.  So if we want goodness all of the time, we direct our thoughts to goodness all of the time – not only sometimes to certain special people, or some days when everything feels easygoing, but all the time, every day, for the compassionate benefit of all.  If we want a happy life with nothing to fear, we release our fear thoughts, not sometimes, every time.  If we want peace of mind without self-doubt or stress or worry or anger or despair or resentment or guilt or shame or loathing, we release these ego-ill feelings by releasing the fear thoughts which created them again and again until the roller-coaster ride of sometimes all is well and good and sometimes all is anything but good, turns into one heavenly flowing, trusted and true, Joy-of-Life ride.

Our soul destiny within the 3^rd dimension experience of our Universal Cosmic Dream is to get off the roller-coaster of some moments are Heaven, some are hell, and most are peaks and valleys of lesser degrees of both.  Whether in this lifetime or in some future lifetime, we will all eventually tire of circumstances which demand Love be earned, which peak and valley Joy, which make our world and our lives an exhausting struggle between good and evil, Heaven and hell.  These are Universal Cosmic Dream low-level-dimension altered-sense-of-reality circumstances which our conflicted thoughts between Love and fear create.  So when we are ready to stop demanding Love be earned, we begin by taking responsibility for our roller-coaster ride between wonderful and awful Life experiences. 

We accomplish this by taking responsible ownership for our thoughts, then directing our thoughts and therefore our energy to the unconditional sharing of Joy - the Love - our higher-consciousness innately desires.  For those of us who are ready to begin, or for those of us who have already begun but are looking to expand our Enlightenment path, the remainder of our guidebook is filled with empowering teachings which will assist us in awakening within our cosmic dream to the Heaven - to the Godliness - within us all.

Peace on Earth.  Peace in our minds, our hearts, our actions and words, is more then possible, it is our global destiny.  Our global destiny of Peace abides either latent or awakened in the hearts of every soul.  Opening our hearts to allow our Peace to manifest reveals the joyful Light of Heaven within us all.  The purpose of this guidebook is to provide enlightening clarity on the sublimely joyful and freeing Godliness which is the Peace of our true spiritual identity.  This guidebook also offers empowering teachings, tools, universal truths and stories which support our taking action to heal our subconscious thought-system of fear and ego-ill, to then align with our Godly higher-consciousness thought-system of Love.  In so doing, we free ourselves of self-limiting and harmful patterns which make Love conditional in our world.  Once free, our awakening Godliness can then co-create and share heavenly living experiences on Earth, in keeping with the Spirit of God – the Joy and Peace of unconditional Love – able to flow from our open and enlightened hearts.    

The introductory true story which follows in our Chapter 1B is the first of a few real-life occurrences offered in support of the unconditional-Love teachings, tools and universal truths highlighted in our guidebook.  This beginning true story also details pertinent background on my inspiration for sharing the joy-of-life and co-creation of heavenly living process I both use and teach.  My name is Melissa Petrusse.  For the personal true stories I share within our guidebook, I thought it helpful to switch into italic text, denoting my switch into “first person” dialogue.  Before I share my post-office story which became my muse for writing our guidebook, I would like to offer some personal history:

I have had mystical experiences since the age of 14.  My fears kept them few and far between until I turned 26.  I began various studies in holistic health at that time – from nutrition and herbal remedies; to therapeutic touch and massage therapies; to acupuncture and acupressure; and finally to vital-force-energy channeling known for thousands of years as laying-on-of-hands.  I became particularly adept at using the vital-force-energy techniques I learned in my training.  Thanks to my practice of clearing and balancing bodily energy-centers (Chakras), overall energetic-bodily-shells (Auras), work on bodily-energy-channels known in acupressure/acupuncture as energy meridians, and medical-intuitive abilities I am fortunate to possess naturally, I became an accomplished intuitive healer.[1]  The more accomplished my healing art, my confidence grew, my fear lessened, and my mystical experiences became more frequent. 

Sometimes I would have contact with souls who have departed our Earth and are now living in the heavenly 4^th or higher dimensions.[2]  On occasion I would have contact with souls we call ghosts, or even the periodic run-in with ill-intentioned predatory souls.  Other times I would vividly experience soul-plane connection with family, friends, or people who requested healing help from me.  Our non-physical soul-plane is known as the spirit-world to some and the astral-plane to others.  Every dimension has a soul-plane where our individual spiritual bodies (astral bodies) exist like holograms projected by our individual spiritual consciousness (soul).  Like a hologram of our physical-plane self, our spiritual bodies reflect our physical appearance, though are not limited by physical denseness.  Our spiritual bodies can project into varying soul-planes and communicate/connect with other souls – even souls who live in a higher heavenly dimension.  We all are capable of expanding our consciousness to be aware of our souls (individual spirit consciousness), to be aware of soul-plane travel (astral projection), in addition to being aware of soul-plane connection/communication with other souls.[3] 

Often while performing healing work I would become aware of soul-plane connection with Angels, Spiritual Guides and Ascended Masters (fully enlightened souls).[4]  At first any and all soul-plane awareness, whether with souls who live in a heavenly reality, or with souls I share my life with in our 3^rd dimension Earth, or with souls who choose to live in a shadowed lower-soul-plane world, - - -  higher or lower, no matter, I often feared I was losing my sanity.  The indescribable love and peace I felt while connecting with Angels and Ascended Masters on a higher-dimension soul-plane helped me release my fears, in addition to energetically attuning me past the lower-soul-plane connections which troubled me greatly when they used to occur.  The higher-dimension energy-attuning I was extremely blessed to receive from my Ascended Master Guides inspired me to passionately pursue comparative religious, spiritual, and metaphysical studies. 

I became an ardent student of both traditional and mystical forms of Judaism, Christianity, Buddhism and Hinduism, with particular interest in The Kabbalah Centre teachings offered by the radiant Berg family of Kabbalists; in depth study of the phenomenal Christ-Love tutorial on forgiveness called A Course In Miracles, and its extended teachings offered by the illumined Kenneth Wapnick; Tibetan-Buddhist teachings offered by cherished world-peacemaker His Holiness the 14^th Dalai Lama; Zen-Buddhist teachings offered by heavenly-jeweled Thich Nhat Hanh; beloved Gurudeva, Paramahansa Yogananda’s Self-Realization-Fellowship which so beautifully unites the teachings of Lord Krishna with Lord Jesus Christ; and fearless Angel of Love, Mahatma Gandhi’s practice of unifying Jainism with compassionate reconciliation of all our world’s major religions. 

I also fell in love with the writings and spirit of the great Islamic Sufi mystic Rumi, in addition to gratefully exploring too many other wonderful past and modern-day metaphysical, spiritual, and religious teachings to mention.  Through the world-wide accredited International Coaching Academy, I then became a certified Life Coach, with added credentials in the niche of Spiritual Coaching.  Additionally I trained, practiced, and became an accredited Reiki Master Teacher, with particular emphasis in aiding people interested in a combination of healing, Spiritual Life Coaching, and Spiritual Awakening guidance.

Regarding the healing art of Reiki I practice, it was discovered by a Godly Enlightened Japanese Doctor named Mikao Usui.  Beloved Usui Sensei was both a Christian and a Buddhist who held doctorate degrees in Psychology, Medicine and Metaphysics, and began his historic mastery and teaching of Reiki in 1914.[5]  In Japanese Rei means Spiritual Wisdom and Ki means Life Energy.  Like acupuncture and chiropractic healing modalities becoming credibly mainstream in the western culture of the United States where I live, Reiki is beginning to become mainstream as well.  Reiki’s credibility is growing due to alternative-medicine studies which are widely proving its legitimacy and efficacy in helping to heal physical, mental and emotional pain and suffering.  For instance, John Hopkins, a premiere teaching hospital in the United States, was so impressed with Reiki’s effectiveness in their “Complementary and Alternative Medicine” studies, they chose to implement Reiki into their nursing school curriculum, inviting their nursing staff to both study and offer Reiki to interested patients. [6]

With the help of beloved Reiki guides, in addition to support from my beloved Guardian Angel, my beloved Spiritual Guides, and my cherished Ascended Master Guides, I am able to facilitate people in attuning energetically to a high-vibration energy capable of miraculous healings.  The healer, technically, is not the heavenly high-vibration energy.  The healer in truth is also not me or any of the heavenly hosts who aid my soul’s chosen path.  In actuality, the healers are the people who are willing to diligently work at releasing their subconscious fears and ego-ill, thereby healing their energetic attraction to pain and suffering.  The result is the unblocking of the Godly higher-consciousness always present in the heart of all of our souls, and always seeking to attract love-based joy-of-life opportunities for our souls to enjoy.  When we free ourselves of our subconscious thought-system of fear, we heal our fear’s ego-ill side-effects like judgment, mistrust, despair, anger, anxiety, stress, loathing, guilt, etc.   Healing our fears and ego-ill then ripens us to attract emotional, mental, physical and spiritual healing as well. 

However my intention for our guidebook is not to teach Reiki, or any other energy-healing modality, nor teach soul-plane awareness mystical abilities.  Rather I choose to highlight the enlightening lessons I have learned in my studies and through my life experiences which allow us to be ripe for healings, whether we use a healing vehicle like Reiki, or use a healing vehicle like traditional medicine and surgery, or acupuncture, or herbal remedies, or chiropractic and massage care, or healing affirmations, or any other of the numerous healing arts.  The enlightening lessons I choose to highlight in our guidebook are not only capable of ripening our readiness for all levels of healing, they are capable of freeing miraculous light blessings God is always seeking to share with each one of us. 

In allowing God to share miracle-potential light blessings with us, we awaken our own Godly Joy and unconditional Love, partnering with God’s Peace in co-creating Heavenly Living right here on Earth.  Peace on Earth, Heaven on Earth, is within us all.  They are not a destination our soul’s need to ascend to, rather it is up to each one of us to unblock their patient existence within our own hearts.  Awakening the unconditionally loving and joyful Peace of Heaven within us provides sublimely fulfilling lives for us to enjoy, in addition to blessing us with the honor of helping elevate our Earth’s group-consciousness to its heavenly potential.  Our souls do not have to wait to leave our Earth before entering Heaven.  Heaven right here, right now, is available to those of us willing to unblock our self-imposed barriers and allow its grace to flow uninterrupted in and around us.  May this guidebook serve our unblocking of heavenly Peace, Joy and unconditional Love more then well.  Lovingly and gratefully intended, Melissa

The group-consciousness of our 3^rd dimension world of opposites chooses to learn about Love by juxtaposing it against lack-of-love, battling good and evil.  Our decision to battle good and evil is the result of our fears convincing our egos we human beings are not to be trusted.  Our mistrust of one another attracts conflict; our conflict then validates our fears.  Seeing what we conflicted human beings are capable of, our egos understand our fears, and even justify fear side-effects like anger, shame, guilt, despair, loathing, and violence. This is how our egos try to make sane the insane. 

Justifying insanity does not make it sane however.  Further, justifying insanity only feeds the fear air-waves which plague our world.  Our ego-ill subconscious thought system is rooted in fear and is literally insane in that it is deluded in self-doubt and self-loathing at best, and is criminally evil at worst.  Thankfully, our egos can just as easily tune out the fear frequencies, as tune them in, once we realize how our thoughts direct the energy of our lives, and once we then choose to empower our lives by releasing our fear and ego-ill thoughts, to then tune into our higher-consciousness frequencies. 

At this point in our guidebook, perhaps at the very least, we are now aware of our egos’ individual free-will choice to either get off of, or continue on, a roller-coaster ride between varying degrees of Heaven and hell.  Honoring our own free-will choice and the free-will choice of others to ride out our Universal Cosmic Dream’s 3^rd dimension roller-coaster lifestyle until we are ready and willing to unconditionally Love ourselves and others - and to do this by opening the eyes and ears of our hearts to the perfect Godliness either sleeping or Awake within the heart of everyone, this is Forgiveness. *(15) 

To help us better picture what forgiveness looks like, let’s imagine we are God.  We can imagine we are un-manifest Ultimate Reality God which is formless loving Light-filled Spirit, or we can imagine we are manifest God as in Father God or Mother Goddess, picturing however a joyful, loving and gentle incarnation of God or Goddess feels to us.  How we choose to picture God is as individual as our own faces, though if our hearts are open to truth, the gentle, unconditionally loving and joyful feel of God is Universal. 

Now let’s imagine we have a Child.  Our Child God is a perfect Angel, loving and kind and all aglow with radiant Light!  One day our Angel goes into a deep sleep.  At some point our Angel is tossing and turning, obviously having a troubled dream.  We hug our Angel tight, saying loving and comforting things like “it’s only a dream, it’s not real, you are right here in our arms.  We love you.  Please wake up now.”  We finally accept our Angel is not going to wake up until he is ready, so we check in on our Angel often, hugging him, telling our Angel we love him, telling our Angel we accept we cannot force him to wake up, but we trust our Godly knowing which tells us he will choose to Awaken to us when he is ready.  “We trust you.  We know you will Awaken when you are ready.  We Love you.”  Again and again, everyday for a very long time, we hug our Child God and assure him with our God knowing.

Our Child God finally Awakens.  By this time he has matured in everyway.  Mentally, emotionally, physically our Angel is an adult now, a God in his own right.  He tells us of horrible things he did in his dream, things which made him afraid to awaken for he did not feel deserving of our Love.  He admitted he could hear us call to him sometimes, but that it took many different dream experiences for him to heal his fear and feel worthy of waking and enjoying our devotion.  Once he was free of fear, however, he told us he was having incredible adventures filled with one awesome experience after another.  At that point he was having too much fun to want to wake up.  His dream-lives were AMAZING!  Eventually, though he loved his dream-life experiences, a desire within him to Awaken grew stronger and stronger until he simply stopped dreaming and woke.  He hugs us, jubilant and vibrant and all aglow as ever, telling us how grateful he is for his dream-life experiences, thanking us for honoring his dream-journey and not trying to force him to wake before he was ready.

In our imaginary scenario, we respected and honored Child-God’s free-will decision for dream adventures.  Even when it was obvious his dreams were troubled, we accepted he would wake when he was ready.  Rather then getting distraught over Child-God’s behavior, we trusted our Godly knowing that he would Awaken eventually.  Our trust and Love did not waiver, and the perfection of his Godliness never once dimmed, even when his dreams were troubled.  A sleeping Godly Angel is still an Angel, and is still perfect in his/her Godliness whether imagining a different dream identity for themselves or not.  Forgiveness is our egos releasing and tuning-out the airwaves of ego-ill to then tune-in to our hearts Godly knowing, blessing ourselves and our fellow-man with our remembrance of the perfect Child of God we all are in truth - the angelic Godly perfection we are all destined to Awaken within ourselves. 

To be forgiving, however, does not mean we allow the ego-ill misery of others to coerce our egos.  Here in our 3^rd dimension world most of us are still a slave to ego-ill.  This means most people still roller-coaster between varying degrees of Heaven and hell experiences.  Some of us are so tuned into fear’s ego-ill air-waves that we are in hell almost constantly until we finally have a death experience, to then spiritually cross-over into our 4^th dimension.  We do not have to be in hell with others, however, to be kind and loving and helpful. 

For instance, let’s imagine an angry woman screaming at her husband.  She is unhappy about something he did, though she is constantly miserable so nothing he does is ever right.  Her husband, tired of holding her hand in her misery, chooses to finally listen to the courage in his heart which has been telling him for a couple of years to leave.  In this situation, leaving turns out to be the kindest most loving and helpful thing he could have done, for their separation was just the wake-up call she needed.  She finally gets professional help, they reconcile, all is much healthier mentally and emotionally for them both, not to mention they are no longer in hell.  Let’s reverse it now.  Let’s say she does not wake-up, she does not get help, and they end up divorcing.  He still did a kind, loving and helpful thing by following his heart, drawing a healthy boundary for himself, pursuing happiness, and being a role model for her soul to follow in some future year, or future lifetime, when she is tired of misery and needs to find the courage to move forward.   

If someone in our lives is behaving in a way which makes their lives miserable, there is great truth to the saying “misery loves company.”  If we choose to allow someone who is miserable to be in our midst, they will try to give their misery to us.  Because we cannot hold or extend something we do not resonate with, if we are joyful the misery of others will not long last with us.  Energetically circumstances will shift, and shift, and shift until we are not plagued by the misery of others.  This does not mean our Love is conditional, nor does it mean we are unforgiving of another’s hell and or misery.  It only means we do not resonate with their hell and or misery, so we energetically repel each other rather than attract each other.  If our energy keeps repelling us away from someone, yet we stubbornly force ourselves to stick around, believing we are being kind and forgiving; yes, our ego-ill would like nothing better then to convince our egos this is forgiveness.  This is not forgiveness.  This is denial.  This is our egos allowing the misery of others and their ego-ill, coupled with our own ego-ill which wants us to be miserable, to delude us into thinking the kind and forgiving thing to do is to sacrifice our heart’s desires in order to loyally remain with loved ones in hell.

Now let’s consider a young woman who has an alcoholic verbally abusive father.  While it is beautifully forgiving of this young woman to open the eyes of her heart and view her dad as God views him - a perfect Angel in truth, deep asleep in a troubled dream where he has become an illusory opposite of his true self; forgiveness also means being able to hold and extend this beautiful truth in her heart by honoring her Free-Will’s higher-consciousness choices, rather then disconnecting from truth by listening to ego-ill.  If her heart’s truth, the voice of her higher-consciousness and Godly knowing, tells her to distance herself considerably from her dad unless he chooses to get help, but her ego chooses instead to listen to the “guilt” trump card her subconscious ego-ill always plays, a key ingredient to forgiveness is missing.  Forgiveness is to look, listen and act with our hearts open.  If the young woman is listening to her ego-ill rather than to her higher-consciousness, she is incapable of true forgiveness.  Yes she is kind, though she is deluded, not forgiving ego-ill but rather holding it, empowering it, and extending it in our world.  To truly forgive her father’s ego-ill and her own, she must lead by example, listening to the Godly knowing in her heart which tells her it may take many lifetimes, but eventually her dad will wake out of his delusion and wake into his Godly inheritance of Joy and Love; in the meantime, her Godly knowing points out, she is ready for Joy now, and her soul has chosen a path towards happiness which includes walking away from enabling her dad’s misery.

Honoring her father’s free-will to come to Godliness in his own way and in his own time, plus reminding herself of his perfect Godliness outside the delusion of our 3^rd dimension experience, in addition to being able to hold and extend the truth of her own perfect Godliness by looking, listening and acting with her heart, means she is being part of the solution - part of the forgiveness - of our 3^rd dimension ego-ills.  Forgiveness means accepting and honoring the perfect Godliness within the hearts of our free-will souls.  Forgiveness means releasing and tuning-out ego-ill so that we may lead by example with our eyes and ears open to the truth in our hearts.  Finally, forgiveness means holding and extending the truth of our destiny, a truth which sees past our 3^rd dimension ego-ills into our future dimensions - our higher Universal Cosmic Dream dimensions - where our world is already saved. 

In our willingness to forgive - our willingness to see and feel and listen to the truth - we bless our world with trust and certainty and healing relief which assures our souls cannot fail.  In our higher-dimension Heavenly Earth where time has folded and all of our ego-ill conflict can barely be remembered, in this perfect world, our free-will souls are already saved.  May all who read this consider taking a breath here, relaxing, focusing on our breath for a count of ten breaths; then bringing our attention to our heart-Spirit-center in the space from 2inches in front of our upper chest through to 2inches behind our upper back; we sink our conscious awareness into our hearts; and now bathe in the truth of Peace on Earth.  This is forgiveness. *(16)
